FP Markets Review: EU and International Entities

Review FP Markets with a clear distinction between the EU company, international group entities and the separate geographic terms of its affiliate programme.

Our assessment

FP Markets needs an entity-first review because its European registration information and global affiliate material describe different scopes. It is a research candidate for MT5 readers, but a global partner link should not determine which protections a visitor receives.

The EU company is distinct

The CySEC register lists First Prudential Markets Ltd under licence 371/18 and identifies its approved domains. The EU registration information identifies the same company. Those facts do not establish that every account carrying the FP Markets brand is contracted with that company.

Read international legal documents separately

The global legal-document page describes the relevant group companies and account documentation. Confirm the legal name actually shown to you. An international account can have different complaint, compensation and product rules. This review does not recommend an offshore route to avoid local retail protections or leverage restrictions.

Platform and account checks

The provider’s global information lists MT5 alongside other platforms. Verify that MT5 is available for your country and intended account. Then compare the precise symbol specification, account-currency fees, lot minimum and step, spread during your session, and overnight financing. Platform names and marketing account labels alone do not give a usable cost estimate.

For example, a cheaper displayed spread may be offset by a commission paid on both sides of the trade. Our cost calculator lets you enter those quantities separately. It contains no live FP Markets quote and does not rank one account above another from a marketing minimum.

The affiliate programme needs its own country approval

FP Markets Partners publishes a CPA programme and qualification conditions. The global partner material must be reviewed separately from the EU client documentation. We have not obtained confirmation that Trade-Forex.info, as a Danish publisher, is accepted for a particular entity or traffic country. Do not infer EU referral permission from an international CPA table.

What remains untested

Execution, deposits, withdrawals and the broker’s handling of our EAs have not been independently tested for this review. A useful next comparison would record real demo symbol specifications and costs for the exact entity, followed by a separately labelled account test if undertaken.

How this review was prepared

This is a desk-based review of the provider’s published documents, checked on 16 September 2026. We have not completed a funded-account execution, support or withdrawal test for this review. Broker claims are not independent performance measurements. No numerical rating is assigned.
