TF Liquidity Friction Monitor
See when spread cost, quote activity and opening gaps make a symbol unusually difficult to transact relative to its own broker history.

Three transparent sources of friction
Spread cost is ranked against 240 broker bars, activity drought inverts the percentile of log tick volume, and the open gap is normalized by 120 strictly older median true ranges.
| Composite score | 50% spread percentile + 35% volume drought + 15% gap pressure |
|---|---|
| LIQUID / NORMAL | Below 40 / at least 40 |
| THIN | Score at least 70 |
| DISLOCATED | Spread percentile at least 97.5 or gap at least 3× prior median range |
Auditable components
